KWL is looking for Support Operatives to join our growing team on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Salary 26,459pa.
Basic 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday
21 days holiday (excluding 8 bank holidays) rising to 26 days after five years
Defined Benefit Pension Scheme with c. 18.5% employer contributions (and 3 x salary life cover)

Candidate Requirements:
Ability to work on both own initiative and as part of a team across all internal KWL sections and works areas as required by the business.
Full valid driving licence.
Ability to use smartphones, tablets etc
You will be reliable, with excellent attendance.
Good customer care skills.
Experience of working in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
To complete minor elements of repair work e.g. such as removing coat hooks and subsequently filling holes in plaster work and garden clearance/maintenance.
To clean appliances such as mobile cooking units so they can be reused.
Clean and treat areas of mould on affected surfaces.
Carry out remedial works associated with damp and mould for examples remove and reseal window frames, remove and replace affected grout, replace plastic trim laths around window/door frames.
Undertaking physically demanding work to an agreed performance standard, wherever possible, apply multi-skilling, so that the job can be completed in one visit.
To work with minimal supervision, independently or as part of a team, supporting trades staff in clearing and cleaning a site in order to allow the project to proceed and meet timescales set.
To maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety.
To accurately complete all relevant internal and external documentation such as timesheets, vehicle inspection sheets, material requisitions, job completion sheets etc to ensure legal requirements are adhered to.
To drive company vehicles, collecting and delivery of plant, tool equipment and waste as required across the business.
To be flexible in approach to work and what areas you are required to work in to support the needs of the business.
