We are looking for a Support Services Advisor to join our team at the City, University of London International Study Centre. This is an exciting role at the heart of our student community, working in a vibrant and supportive environment that prepares international students for university study in the UK.

You will be the first point of contact for our students, visitors, and staff, based at the Welcome Desk five days a week. From answering day-to-day queries to supporting with wellbeing referrals, you'll play a vital role in helping students settle, succeed, and thrive during their time with us. Alongside this, you will lead our social and enrichment activities, creating a lively programme of events, workshops and trips that enhance the student experience and connect them with opportunities at City, University of London, including clubs, societies and employability events.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, who enjoys working in a dynamic, student-focused role. You'll need to balance day-to-day administration with creativity, relationship building, and a genuine enthusiasm for student support. This is a great opportunity to shape the student experience, champion the student voice, and be part of a collaborative team making a real difference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
