Roles and Responsibilities
As a
Support Services Agent
, you will be a key point of contact across our operations, supporting internal teams and clients with a wide range of administrative, operational, and customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling 3PL client and customer queries via phone and email.
Monitoring orders, investigating issues, and coordinating solutions.
Operating internal systems (WMS, TMS, QMS) to process data and support reporting tasks.
Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve service issues.
Monitoring fleet temperatures and reporting deviations to ensure product safety.
Compiling KPI reports, client data, and business-critical information.
Assisting with client onboarding and system setup.
Manually inputting orders and verifying electronic submissions.
Scanning, filing, and checking delivery documentation.
Supporting the warehouse, transport, and commercial teams with administrative duties.
Complying with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and promoting patient safety.
