Join our Support Services team - the operational backbone of our growing business. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.


About the role:



You'll be at the heart of daily operations, handling reception and visitor management, post and courier coordination, stationery ordering, document management, credit card record maintenance, travel and accommodation booking, hospitality services, and ad hoc departmental support. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering genuine exposure to different parts of the business and real opportunities to make an impact.


What we're looking for:



5 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (Maths & English) or equivalent strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, microsoft Office proficiency excellent written and verbal communication strong IT capabilities previous administrative experience in professional or financial services is desirable but not essential - full training provided
