We're looking for candidates who already have experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant for complex care needs

We're recruiting compassionate Support Assistants to be a part of our Nurse-led Team to provide care to our service user with complex care needs in the South Norwich area

You'll be providing care and support to our service user, enabling them to live in their own home

You will be supporting a person with complex care needs, this will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their family, providing much-needed support

We have full-time and part-time roles available, working days to support our service. Shift of varying lengths are available, this is days and in one location with work available 7 days per week. Therefore flexibility and some weekend working is required.

We provide a comprehensive training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Support Worker

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

We require Support Workers for Daytime shifts in the Norwich area.



Shift patterns - Various shifts available
Overtime and relief working hours available to boost your earnings
Our service users will require varied support, as a support worker you will be providing care in the service users home, this role will include:

Personal Care, Domestic Tasks, Food Preparation.

Complex care needs support.

Accompanying the service user in the community

Moving and Handling and Mobilisation.

Medication Management.
