Learning Support Assistant - LSA 1 Role

We are currently inviting applications for a new role within our Learning Support Assistant (LSA) team. This position is available on a

full-time basis

(32.5 hours per week, 8:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m., Monday to Friday) or as a

part-time role

(days and hours to be discussed), offering flexibility to suit your circumstances.

We are looking for educators who:



Enjoy working with all children and believe the opportunity to do so is a privilege. Have high expectations, a love of learning and a commitment to inspiring children to achieve their very best. Promote positive and safe behaviours with all children and staff and have the ability to remain calm, using a range of strategies to de-escalate and support when positive or safe behaviours are not seen. Are able to support small groups and work with individual children to a high standard, following planning provided by class teachers. Are committed to personalising learning to meet the individual needs and interests of children, ensuring that they all make best progress. Are creative, enthusiastic and resilient. Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Are great team players who would really enjoy contributing to the life of the school. Are supportive of our values and ethos as a Church of England Primary School.
