Part Time LSA 3 (Monday and Tuesday only)

Are you seeking a new challenge and a role with high levels of responsibility? Would you like to be part of a dynamic team of LSA 3s who provide in-class support and cover for teacher absence?
We are excited to expand our LSA 3 team and invite applications from individuals who are passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact. This permanent position will initially be based in EYFS, with opportunities to work across other year groups as needed. It is ideally suited to those with prior experience at this level--whether as a teacher or as an LSA 1 or 2 looking to progress.

Can confidently lead small groups and whole-class sessions using teacher-provided planning. Is committed to tailoring learning to meet individual needs and ensure every child makes progress. Has a proven track record of effective and inspiring teaching--either as an experienced LSA or qualified teacher. Is creative, enthusiastic, and resilient. Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Is a collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to school life. Supports the values and ethos of our Church of England school.
