We are a small, friendly residential care home looking for a reliable and committed
Support / Stand-In Team Leader
to cover annual leave and support our staff team.

Role Purpose
You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring residents receive high-quality care, including personal care, household tasks, and emotional support. You will help promote independence, choice, and dignity while maintaining a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment.
As a Team Leader, you will act as an ambassador for the home, leading by example, supporting staff, and ensuring all records and logs are completed accurately. Clear communication and team support are essential.
Requirements
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential for Team Lead role)
Reliable, committed, and caring
Excellent communication skills and clear spoken English
Ability to use a tablet and PC for care records
Able to support and lead staff, offering guidance and supervision
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
