Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our Engineers. This position requires flexibility, reliability and excellent communication skills. The role may involve occasional nights away from home.

The role may for the right candidate become a gateway to train as a Compex Service Technician. For this opportunity a Level 2 core competence in Mechanical or Maintenance would be a requirement.

With over 25 years experience in the Military Fuel and Munitions sector we are leaders in the service and maintenance of the UK's military ground fuel facilities. We service over 60 military sites nationwide and are relied upon by our client to maintain their facilities to a high standard.

Duties

Provide first-line support to our Service Technicians. Assist with everyday mechanical and Electrical tasks. Be part of a mobile maintenance team servicing ground fuel facilities for the MOD nationwide. Provide Assistance where required to mobilise equipment, obtain parts and collect urgent items required for breakdown tasks. Provide confined space cover as and when required. (training provided)

Skills

Mechanical Experience advantageous. Confined Space Experience (training provided) Fit and healthy Reliable and trustworthy First Aid. (training provided) Asbestos Awareness (training Provided)

Pay: 28,000.00-38,000.00 per year
