Job Description
LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT - 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm
12.21 per hour (25,396.80 per annum)
Are you an individual who can work on their own or in a team?
Do you have experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs?
Do you have experience of supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour?
Do you have a clean driving license? Driver preferred

You will need to be able to complete an enhanced DBS check.

You will be a flexible, compassionate individual, able to work as part of a team and/or on your own. This will include communication, personal care and delivery of sessions as agreed with the Manager. Support with teaching independent living skills along with assisting in activities will be a major part of the role. There will be the expectation to complete paperwork and attend training/meetings which maybe outside of your contracted hours.
