B is a bright, engaging young adult with Autism who is looking for

positive, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers

to join their dedicated Micro-Team in Street.

As part of

B's 2:1

daytime support team, you will

empower

him to

access his community

You will work a combination of shifts, either 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, providing consistent support across B's day.

About You First

that supports neurodivergent people, people with learning disabilities, and people with mental health challenges.

bespoke Micro-Teams

- small, dedicated groups of support workers chosen by the person supported - who work together to help individuals achieve their

What We're Looking For

A

car driver

(essential) Someone able to work

every other weekend

Experience as a Support Worker (minimum 1 year preferred) Someone who is

kind, reliable, and person-centred

- the right attitude is just as important as experience
The Details

Job type:

30-37 hour per week x 2

Pay:

13.72 per hour

Shifts:

Days, 07:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

Location:

Street, Somerset (must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
