We are recruiting Support Workers to support adults and children in CQC-regulated and Ofsted-regulated services across London and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for caring, reliable individuals who want consistent work, fast onboarding, and the opportunity to support people with complex needs, learning disabilities, mental health needs, EBD, and autism.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting adults and/or children in residential and community settings
Promoting independence, dignity, and safeguarding at all times
Assisting with daily living activities and emotional support
Following care plans, risk assessments, and policies
Working in line with CQC and Ofsted standards
Accurate record-keeping and clear communication with teams
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Experience as a Support Worker (adults or children)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK
Good written and spoken English
Reliable, professional, and caring attitude
Desirable (not essential):
Experience in complex care, mental health, LD, autism, or EBD
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People
