Balanced Shift Pattern:

Structured shifts (10:00am-11:00pm, sleep-in, 7:00am-10:30am) with full rest days between. Earn around 250 per 24.5-hour shift, including a 60 sleep-in allowance.

What You'll Do



Every shift offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. You'll work as part of a supportive team to provide consistent care and stability, helping young people navigate daily life with confidence.

Key responsibilities include:



Building positive, trusting relationships with young people. Supporting daily routines, including mealtimes, education and bedtime. Encouraging therapeutic and recreational activities, including outdoor play. Responding to challenges with empathy and calm. Working collaboratively with permanent staff to ensure consistent, quality care. Maintaining accurate records in line with safeguarding requirements.

What We're Looking For



Experience in residential childcare or a similar care setting. Confidence supporting young people with complex emotional needs. A trauma-informed, empathetic approach to care. Strong communication skills, resilience and reliability. Full UK driving licence. Availability to work 24.5-hour shifts as outlined.
