In this role, you'll support adults with learning disabilities in their day-to-day routines. You'll help build confidence, reduce stress and offer steady encouragement. That might mean planning the day, helping with tasks or simply showing up with empathy and respect.

What you'll need:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with experience in care or support. You will bring a thoughtful and consistent approach to your work, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You will old an SVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, although we welcome applicants who are willing to work towards this. Confidence in working independently, along with a genuine commitment to supporting others, is essential for this role.

The role is mainly be based in Bellshill, Motherwell & Wishaw with an expected start date in the new year.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
