As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity and choice for the people we support. You'll provide person-centred care that meets each individual's needs -- whether that's helping with daily living activities, communication support, or providing comfort and companionship.

Duties
Communicate effectively using
British Sign Language (BSL)
to support residents with hearing loss and communication needs.
Provide emotional, physical and practical support to adults with diverse needs.
Assist with personal care, medication, and daily routines as required.
Encourage independence and promote wellbeing through meaningful activities.
Work as part of a caring and supportive team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Maintain accurate records and uphold residents' privacy and dignity at all times.
Skills
Able to communicate confidently in
British Sign Language (BSL)
(Level 2 or above preferred).
Previous experience in care or support work
Kind, patient and compassionate with a genuine passion for supporting others.
Reliable and flexible, with good communication and teamwork skills.
Committed to promoting dignity, respect and choice for all residents.
