What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a vital role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Your day-to-day will include:

Creating structure and helping build vital

life skills

Encouraging young people to engage in

education, training, or work

Supporting

emotional wellbeing

through patience, empathy, and consistency Promoting

independence and confidence

Ensuring care delivery meets

Children's Homes Regulations (2015)

Your presence will be part of a wider team effort to help young people take back control, believe in themselves, and build positive futures.

What You Bring

Experience supporting young people (EBD/complex needs preferred) Calm, proactive, and emotionally resilient mindset Strong

communication and teamwork skills

Full UK driving licence (preferred) Willingness to work towards a

Level 4 in Residential Childcare
