Full training is provided, along with opportunities to achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, so you can grow and progress in your career.
A Day in the Life of a Support Worker
You might start your shift by helping a young person get ready for school, encouraging independent steps and celebrating the small wins along the way. Later, you could support with a trip into town, join in with a music or art activity, or help with cooking tea. In the evening, you may spend time playing games, or simply listening when a child needs someone.
Every day you'll be making a difference , sometimes in small ways, always in meaningful ones.

Helping with daily routines, household tasks, and activities that promote independence and wellbeing
What We're Looking For
Enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who genuinely want to support children to thrive

Resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviour in a caring, trauma-informed way
Commitment to safeguarding and keeping children safe at all times
