About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
Support individuals to take part in meaningful activities that promote independence, learning, and social inclusion.
Encourage choice, dignity, and respect in everyday life.
Assist with personal care where required.
Help service users develop skills and take part in community activities such as arts, cooking, gardening, sports, and outings.
Work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
About You

Reliable, flexible, and willing to learn.
Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
