Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Godfrey Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals while providing high-quality support in their daily lives. Your contributions will help foster independence and enhance the overall well-being of those in our care.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized support to individuals in daily activities, promoting independence and self-esteem. Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Develop and implement engaging activities tailored to each individual's interests and needs. Maintain accurate records of care provided and progress made by individuals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to care planning. Encourage individuals to participate in community activities and social events.

Requirements

Experience of working within health and social care environment Caring and highly motivated to deliver outstanding care and support Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to residents needs Excellent communication skills Ability to use a computer - basic IT skills.

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure which will be completed upon successful application.
