What we are looking for in the Support Worker:

Cliche - however we really are looking for people who care! What will the Support Worker role look like for you?

In this role, you'll be supporting three individuals across three neighbouring bungalows, working on a 2:1 basis.


You may be required to support with personal care and daily living tasks, always delivered in a respectful and dignified manner. Just as importantly, you'll be encouraging and enabling the people we support to enjoy the activities they love and to spend time out and about in their local community.


The individuals you'll be supporting are active and enjoy being outdoors. A full driving licence is essential for this role, and you'll have use of their own vehicle for outings and appointments.
