Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we are delighted to advertise a new full time opportunity to join our team in Swansea.

As a Support Worker, you will:

Enable and empower individuals to shape the direction of their lives. Support people to develop new skills and increase their independence. Signpost, liaise with, and facilitate access to key services (such as medical, financial, and legal). Provide compassionate, person-centred support that makes a real difference.

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The right to work in the UK (please note that we do not offer sponsorship visas). Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Additional Information:

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Child & Adult Workforce), which the company will pay for.
