M&M Supply are looking for Support Workers to work across school settings supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties (BESD). This is a full-time role for the entire academic year, providing stability and consistency for students who need it most.

Your Role:

Supporting students with SEMH/BESD to engage in learning and manage behaviour Assisting in de-escalation using positive behaviour strategies Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs Providing consistent emotional and behavioural support throughout the day

Requirements:

Experience working with SEMH/BESD in schools, alternative provision, or youth settings Confident in de-escalation and positive behaviour support strategies Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience

Desirable:

Trauma-informed practice understanding Experience supporting EHCP implementation Knowledge of safeguarding practices Team Teach or PBLM (Positive Behaviour Management Level 1/2) trained
