Callaway Care and Support is a provider of specialised residential care and supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, dual diagnosis, and health support in North West London.
We offer support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, dual diagnosis and health support. A pathway to independence is at the core of our support model. We strive to deliver person-centred, high quality care and support within our community. We work with individuals, their families, advocates, circle of support and health professionals to ensure they are included in all decisions about their care and support. We also strive to train, invest and support each member of our Team throughout their highly rewarding roles.
Langham Gardens is a newly established shared supported living recently opened in November 2023, that offers personalised care and support to autistic adults, adults with a learning disability and mental health. People's care and housing are provided under separate contractual agreements, and Langham Gardens accepts individuals on a permanent or respite care basis. The home comprises seven bedrooms, with one room specifically designated for respite care and support. Langham Gardens' primary focus is to provide person-centred support that caters to the unique needs of each individual, allowing them to lead a more independent and fulfilling life.
