Who are we

Ambition Community Healthcare are one of the leading complex care providers based In Norfolk.

Our Service Users all have complex healthcare needs and therefore this support worker will be happy to undertake extensive in-house and online training. This person will be able to complete moving and handling tasks with ease and have a 'hands on' and 'can do' attitude.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to work with a lady in the Norwich NR1, supporting her live in Carer overnight. The ideal candidate will have experience in Care Specifically Complex care.

Shifts

Week 1 Monday and Friday 19.30 - 07.30

Week 2 Saturday and Sunday 19.30 - 07.30

This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our client through personalised support and companionship.

There is the opportunity to work additional hours in other Locations.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. Provide medication administration as per prescribed guidelines. Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties. Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols when required.

Experience

Previous experience in in Care Specifically Complex care is highly desirable. Familiarity with medication administration processes is an advantage.
