Are you someone who genuinely cares about others? Looking for a role where what you do truly matters - every single day? We're looking for Support Workers to join our friendly, dedicated team in Llanelli, supporting amazing individuals with health and physical needs in a warm and welcoming environment. No two days are ever the same - and your work will change lives. We currently have: o 18-hour part-time, permanent role o 24-hour maternity cover (10 months) These are rewarding roles based in 5 purpose-built bungalows and an office area within a cul-de-sac near Llanelli town centre, supporting six fantastic people with diverse needs and interests. We understand that flexibility is important. This is a 24/7 service so you'll work a rolling rota that includes: o Day and evening shifts o Weekends (shared across the team) o Wakeful nights and sleep-in shifts A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as you'll be helping people get out and about.

What Does the Role Involve?

You'll also support physical and health needs, including:


Personal care with dignity PEG feeding & medication (full training provided) SALT plans and epilepsy support Trips to the beach, shopping, or local cafes Encouraging independence and celebrating achievements

What are the pay and benefits?
