.Being a support worker is a role where you can make every day matter. It's a job with challenges that make your heart beat faster, where you can give something of yourself and empower amazing people on their journey.
The role will involve supporting people out in the community, attend local services and supporting people with daily routines, and encouraging independence.
We offer part time contracts up to 35 hours per week. If you are unable to commit to a contract, we are still keen to hear from you. We also have opportunities available to join our relief register.
What you'll receive:
Main Grade - 12.60 per hour (pay award pending) Induction Grade, Relief Rate and Sleepover Rate - 12.60 Enhanced public holiday pay, sick pay, and more Paid PVG and SSSC registration Full training and funded SVQ qualification
No experience needed, we will provide all the training and support you need.
