7am-2pm, 2pm - 10pm Mon - Sun and sleepovers required

Here at Lifeways in Bawtry, Doncaster we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.

This role will be to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, sensory dysfunction disorder and communication and behavioural difficulties. As the individual/people you support develop their skills, interests, and community connections, you will be able to feel a sense of achievement carrying out this worthwhile and fulfilling role.

You will work in a quality environment and be part of a committed and friendly staff team, receiving regular supervision, training and support
