Horizon Healthcare Homes are currently seeking a part time, 24 hours per week, support worker, to support individuals with learning and physical disabilities and other complex needs at our 8 bed home in Huddersfield (HD2). All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Horizon Healthcare Homes Ltd was established in 2007 and currently operate 9 homes across West Yorkshire. We provide high quality support for adults with a learning and or physical disability. All homes within Horizon Healthcare are purpose built and offer great opportunities for the people we support and a fabulous and supportive working environment for our staff.
