As a valued Support Worker, you'll be helping people you support to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. The Role will involve:
You will be working across our homes, your entire shift will be in one place
Encouraging positive behaviours and building a good relationship
Walking and other forms of exercise
Day trips and meals out
Seeing friends and family
Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include - but not be limited to - housekeeping, finances, shopping, cooking & personal care)
Keeping written records, using IT systems to record daily notes, and being confident in using our systems to record incidents
Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
