Job Role:
We are looking for dedicated, passionate Female Support Workers to join our team. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.
Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

The Service:
The service is a three-bedroom house situated in the heart of Forest Hill, Lewisham. The home has a 'chill out zone' where residents can play music or engage in sensory activities. There is a large garden to the rear, a communal dining room, lounge, and small office for our staff to do paperwork and record keeping.
