Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in various settings, including in at home and also out in the community or acessing education. This role requires a strong commitment, enhancing the quality of life for our clients, we are currentyl recuriting to support a lady who has Autism and learning needs.

Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including supporting in education, meal preparation, and medication administration. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of the service user. Implement care plans tailored to individual service user. Maintain accurate records of service user care and progress, ensuring adherence to medical terminology and documentation standards. Engage in activities that promote cognitive stimulation and improve the life of our service user ensuring excellent care is given. Drive Service user to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their safety during transport. Uphold the highest standards of care while respecting the dignity and privacy of the individual.

Requirements

Must be a caring and patient.

A valid driving licence is required for transporting clients as part of the role. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Support Worker.

Previous experience in care is highly desirable. Familiarity with caregiving practices in home care or assisted living settings is preferred. Training certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
