Duties

Provide direct support to clients in daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist with medication administration as per prescribed guidelines. Engage in behaviour management techniques to support clients with challenging behaviours. Offer specialised care for individuals with dementia, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and understanding. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements. Deliver personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity for all clients.
