About The Role




We are looking for a friendly and engaging Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting a wonderful individual in her own home in the Lancaster area. She enjoys walks, crafts, baking, and a good chat over a coffee, so we're looking for someone who is sociable, encouraging, and able to help her stay engaged and active each day and let her creativity flourish.


This position is great fit for a

You will work closely with individuals, their social worker, and other allied professionals to deliver personalised support that addresses their specific needs. Your

Responsibilities will include:

assisting with daily tasks offering emotional support managing challenging behaviours when necessary

You will empower the individuals to develop life skills, make informed decisions, and build confidence in their independence.


This includes support with:

budgeting promoting self-care and serving as a trusted advocate for their needs and aspirations.

You will need to be flexible in working various shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Sleep-ins may also be required as part of the role to ensure continuous support in our care.
