```Duties```

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with Mental Health or Learning Disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication reminders
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Document and report any changes in behaviour or health status to appropriate personnel
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care
