Hourly Rate - 12.70 - 12.75

Hours per week - 35 hours,

Essential Requirement :

It is intrinsic for the role for the successful applicant to hold a valid driving licence as duties will include taking vulnerable adults on days out.

What you will be doing...

You'll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. You will be supporting individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community, along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs.

Hours of work...

Within our Services, our hours run on a shift patterns consist of mixture of 7.45 am - 9.45 pm and 8 am - 10 pm. to discus at interview.
