Salary: Up to 36,126.00 with sleep ins.
Sleep ins paid at 60 with a potential of earning 33,786.00 - 36126.00 if you completed an average of 10 sleeps ins a month
1000 refer a friend scheme (paid on completion of their probation)
Hours:
Average 40 hours per week (2 on, 4 off day rota)

Be experienced in Residential childcare
Hold a Diploma Level 3 Residential Childcare
Our home in Bilston, Wolverhampton is within the local community supporting up to 3 young people with Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties. We are looking to recruit an experienced Children's Team Leader, in line with the Children's home regulations we will only consider applicants who have experience within a Residential Childcare setting and essential that you hold the Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare

Job Summary:
As a
Team Leader
, you will provide:
Leadership to the team always acting as a positive role model
Manage rotas on a daily basis,
Carry out and complete daily shift planning and handover
Provide effective supervision of your team in line with the Care Regulations
Provide on call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
You will motivate, support and mentor the staff.
You will carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual support required by the children and young people in our care, complete relevant paperwork, and where appropriate administer medication.
You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them
