TIFA Life is recruiting Support Workers across South Wales. We provide supported accommodation to vulnerable young people aged 16-25, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. Our approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and focused on helping every young person move towards independence with safety and dignity.

The Role
Support Workers help young people develop confidence, practical skills, and stability. Typical responsibilities include offering emotional and practical support, helping with daily routines, encouraging engagement with education and activities, maintaining accurate records, and upholding safeguarding at all times. Every shift is different, and your work directly contributes to a young person's journey toward independence.
Who We Are Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. What matters most is compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting young people. You should be able to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and work in a consistent, structured way. Experience in social care, youth work, education, or similar roles is helpful but not required.

We have opportunities available across South Wales, with both community-based and live-in positions to suit different lifestyles.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: From 13.45 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 80 per week
