We are looking for a Support Worker who brings empathy, resilience, and commitment to join our team in supported accommodation services. In this role, you will support adults with a range of housing and support needs, many of whom may have experienced homelessness, trauma, or adversity.
You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support that helps residents feel safe, respected, and empowered. Alongside one-to-one support and keywork sessions, you'll play a vital role in housing management, health and safety, and tenancy sustainment, ensuring residents have a stable base from which to build their future.

What You'll Do:
Provide a minimum of 3 hours meaningful engagement per resident each week.
Develop and review support plans, risk assessments, and SMART goals with residents.
Respond to safeguarding and health & safety issues in line with policy.
Carry out regular property and welfare checks, report repairs, and ensure follow-up.
Support residents with Housing Benefit, budgeting, and sustaining their tenancy.
Organise house meetings and group sessions to promote life skills and confidence.
Work in partnership with external agencies to provide holistic support.
Keep accurate case notes and records using the case management system.

A good understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and professional boundaries.
The ability to engage and build trust with people from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
Desirable
Knowledge of welfare benefits, housing law, and trauma-informed practice.
A relevant qualification in housing, health and social care, or community work.
