We are excited to be recruiting for a part time role in our Swansea team, following another recent promotion within Stori.


This position offers the chance to play a vital role in supporting people to live independently and confidently. You'll be working alongside individuals to build life skills, encourage self-advocacy, and ensure they have access to the services and opportunities they need.

What you'll do:

Provide personalised support that promotes choice, dignity, and independence. Help people develop new skills and achieve personal goals. Actively signpost and connect individuals to essential services (medical, financial, legal, and community-based). Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure the best outcomes.

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The right to work in the UK (please note that we do not offer sponsorship visas). Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Additional Information:

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Child & Adult Workforce), which the company will pay for.
