full UK driving licence

is essential, as you'll help him stay mobile from local outings to road trips that bring joy and freedom.

6-month fixed-term contract (36 hours per week)

What You'll Be Doing



Coordinating rotas and mentoring your team Providing hands-on support with personal care, medication, and clinical needs Communicating with family members, health professionals, and the Care Manager Sharing everyday moments and extraordinary ones that make a real difference

Hours



Contract:

6-month fixed term (36 hours per week)

Shifts:

Days (8am8pm) and Nights (8pm8am)

Weekend availability required
