Support Worker

Temporary - 37.5 hours per week (2 posts available - maternity cover)

Minimum 6 months (with potential to extend or become permanent)

About Us

At Glenwood Care Home, we're more than just a care facility -- we're a

We support

12 wonderful individuals

across two cosy 6-bedroom bungalows:

Brown House

and

Hampson House

, located in a friendly residential area.



Our residents range in age from 24 to 68 and are unique individuals with a variety of health needs.

We enjoy activities, family visits, and making the most of every day.

? Our nursing staff are trained in medication administration, including Buccal Midazolam, catheter care, and nebulisers.

who are ready to support our residents in living life to the fullest.



? No two days are the same -- you'll be helping with daily routines, activities, and personal care, while encouraging independence


Shifts run from

07:45 to 20:15

with

waking night shifts

supported by a nurse on duty at all times.

Current Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for

2 temporary Support Worker roles

(37.5 hours per week) to

cover maternity leave

.



These roles are for a

minimum of 6 months

, with the

potential to extend

or become

permanent

if vacancies arise.
