We're looking for a compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to support older adults (60+) with a range of needs in an extra care housing complex. The aim is to promote independence and enablement, helping individuals live safely in their own apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to
pendant alarm calls
during the night
Provide
personal care and reassurance
as needed
Ensure a
safe and secure environment
overnight
Record and report incidents or concerns
Work closely with day staff for continuity of care
What You'll Need:
Experience supporting older adults (preferred)
Calm, caring, and alert throughout the night
Good communication and record-keeping skills
Commitment to promoting independence and dignity
