As part of our dedicated night team, you'll ensure that support, safety and compassion don't stop when the day ends.

Regular Monday and Thursday night shifts (19:30-08:00)
working in a close-knit team of four (2 waking nights and 2 sleep-in staff). Days may be adjusted if needed following consultation with the existing night team.

What will you do as a Waking Night Support Worker?
Work as part of a
team of four
(2 waking nights, 2 sleep-ins) to provide consistent, safe, and person-centred support throughout the night.
Support individuals with
personal care, emotional reassurance, and overnight needs
in accordance with their care plans.
Conduct regular checks and ensure accurate, timely record-keeping.
Respond to any incidents calmly and follow behaviour support plans to maintain a positive, safe environment.
Complete light domestic tasks to ensure the home remains clean, safe and welcoming for morning routines.
Work proactively with the night team and management, ensuring communication and handovers are clear and that issues are raised promptly and professionally.
Uphold privacy, dignity, and respect for all individuals -- always.
What we're looking for
A caring, patient and reliable approach.
Confidence working both independently and as part of a small team.
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or autism is preferred but not essential --
we'll provide full training

Willingness to complete a
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Adult Care
if not already held.
