Lammas Lodge is looking to recruit Bank Support Workers to join the team at Lammas Lodge in Hereford.



We are located in the village of Lugwardine, in Herefordshire. It offers residential support for seven adult males on the autism spectrum. We are in a semi-rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.


Our team are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the people we support, helping them to achieve positive outcomes. We want to help each person we care for to have a healthy, happy, and independent life, within a safe and welcoming home.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As Support Worker you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.Be part of thousands of inspiring care and support stories Support residents in their day-to-day lives Encourage residents to live as independently as possible Participate in exciting activities outside the home

What you'll bring to the role

Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.


You should be reliable, friendly, and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals, including personal care. You will support various in-house activities and hobbies, while being attentive and inspiring residents to reach their full potential. Additionally, resilience is important as you may need to help manage some challenging behaviors with patience and understanding.
