Overview of the role



We're looking for domiciliary care support worker to join our team to support our end users in their own home with their day-to-day lives.

This is more than just a job - you'll be helping the individuals you care to promote and gain independence, confidence, and helping them to achieve their personal outcomes.

Salary



Hourly salary:

13.00 p/hr (Mon-Fri)

16.50p/hr (Weekends)

20.25 p/hr (Bank Holidays)

Benefits:

Paid mileage (0.45P / mile)

Paid Travel time paid between calls (@10.42 p/h)

Supporting people with personal care and daily living life.

Monitor people's health, both physical and mental

Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks

Assisting the client with the administration of medication

Monitoring the service user's conditions and reporting.

What you need



Monday - Friday (Rota)

Available to work weekend (every other weekend)

Shifts available: 07:00 - 14:30 and/or 16:00 - 21:30

You need to be an enthusiastic Support Worker, communicate well, and honour your availability.

Demonstrate understanding of self-centred care

Excellent communication skills

Can work independently.

Good spoken and written English

Have the right to work in the UK

Full UK Driving Licence and own motorised transportation.

Never done caring before?



NO PROBLEM - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

We provide free training with user-friendly online modules.

Shadowing with a Senior Care manager is provided.
