Clinevo provide supported accommodation for children and young people who are care leavers, looked after children (LAC), children in care (CIC) & unaccompanied asylum seeking children (UASC) aged 16-18. We support our young people with a person-centred, holistic approach enabling & empowering them to build independent living skills in preparation for adulthood.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and possess a range of skills to contribute to the well-being of our young people.

Duties

Implement placement plans and provide support including key working sessions to our young people Accurately record any case recordings, daily logs, key working sessions, weekly reports & monthly reports Utilise IT systems effectively to record and update information Communicate effectively with young people, colleagues, and external professionals Assist young people with duties as a responsible person when required Accompany young people to appointments

Required Skills:

Proficiency in IT systems for documentation purposes Ability to follow and implement care and support plans effectively Experience working with children or young people Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders Knowledge of childcare practices

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Previous experience in a similar support worker role

Additional qualifications in childcare or social care If you are a compassionate individual with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
