Godfrey Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to become part of our friendly team across our two homes in Chesterfield.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours, helping them to live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive environment.

Support Worker should have:

Minimum of 2 years' experience working within residential or supported living Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately A caring attitude with a commitment to empowering individual
