We're seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our friendly team in
Filey,
supporting people with complex care needs to live independently and with dignity.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in home and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily routines and community outings
Encouraging social interaction and emotional wellbeing
Supporting with personal care while promoting independence
Ensuring a clean, calm, and safe environment
Providing tracheostomy and PEG care
Administering medication and monitoring vital signs
Communicating clearly and respectfully
Working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
What You'll Need
Previous care experience (clinical training provided)
Compassion, reliability, and excellent communication skills
Confidence in supporting individuals with complex care needs
Understanding of behaviours that challenge
Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and empathetic
Comfort around pets
