Space Inclusive is a support service for autistic adults and people with learning disabilities. In partnership with Nottingham City Council, we are opening a new supported living accommodation in Nottingham and we are looking for additional team members to support people in their new home.

As a Support Worker, you will work to help people to live fulfilled and happy lives, promoting independence in both the home and the community. You will help people to develop positive relationships, and to participate as equal members of the local community.
Our registered manager supports the team to be creative in their approach and proactive in their support. Our commitment to person centred support is key for all staff to enable the people we support achieve their aims and objectives. You will also be expected to carry out everyday tasks including prompting and supporting with personal care and taking part in a range of interests and activities that make up a healthy, well balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
We would like to hear from people with a minimum of 1 year's proven experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism. We offer a full training programme that provides opportunities for you to develop your career in the social care sector.
