About the Role



We are recruiting for an experienced

Supported Living Manager

to join a progressive organisation providing high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, or mental health conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader in social care to make a real impact, ensuring person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities



Provide strong, supportive leadership to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive working culture. Ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Manage service performance, compliance, and continuous improvement in line with CQC and other regulatory standards. Oversee staff recruitment, inductions, training, and performance management. Maintain robust safeguarding practices and effective risk management. Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioning bodies. Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities and contribute to service development.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years' experience

in a supervisory or management role within Supported Living or Residential services. Proven experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Minimum

Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification

(or equivalent). Willingness to work towards further qualifications (e.g., Level 3-5 in Care or Leadership). Confident in staff leadership, performance management, and service compliance. Person-centred, resilient, and driven to deliver exceptional care. Must hold an
